“The team that we’ve got now is unrivaled,” Kelly said.

“It’s got all the players that we need to win a game and the opportunity for them to do so and be the best they can be.”

Kelly said he was hopeful the club could pick up a player or two to form a competitive side.

“I’ve got a number of the guys that were part in the last five games that I think can play a big part in our team and give us that edge,” Kelly told ABC Radio New Zealand.

Razorhead has been a mainstay of Super League for the past two decades and has been drawn into the competition for a number the past six years.

Riders have won eight and drawn one of their past 11 games at home, having won just two at Eden Park.
