Florida recruit, now a U.S. citizen, has become a citizen

Florida recruiting is an exciting prospect for players across the country and one that is not a new trend.

Last week, Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher was interviewed by a FOX Sports reporter and revealed that the team was planning to make a commitment to a recruit.

The news caused a stir among recruiting analysts and the media.

One of the more prominent voices on the topic was FOX Sports’ Matt Bowen, who spoke with the recruit himself and got his take on the situation.

Fisher said that the Seminoles are planning to announce the signing of defensive end Malik Jefferson this weekend.

Jefferson is ranked as the No. 13 prospect in the country by 247Sports and is currently ranked No. 6 by Rivals.

In the same interview, Bowen said that his understanding is that the recruiting class will consist of defensive ends, guards and centers.

The issue with Jefferson is that he has yet to declare for the NFL draft.

However, his father, Michael Jefferson, told 247Sports that he will be making his decision this weekend and that he plans to visit Florida on Saturday.

The ESPN draft analyst also talked about the prospect of Jefferson playing for a program that he was very proud to coach in high school, Alabama.
